2011 Registration Forms

Use the appropriate form below to to register as a participant in the 2011 car show or register as a regular or food vendor.

Registration

To preregister as a participant for the Soprano's Car Cruzer Car Show please download and complete the registration form or register online by completing the online registration form and following the instructions below.

Once submitted, you will be presented with a confirmation page. Please print the confirmation page and send it along with your check of $10 made payable to Soprano's Car Cruzers and mail to the address below.

Applications must be received at the address below by 8-10-11 to qualify for the pre-registration discount. Applications received after that date or on the day of the show will be assessed a $15 registration fee.

Terms	In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate in the Soprano's Car Cruzers Car Show, the participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Soprano's Car Cruzer, sponsors, agents, volunteers and anyone else connected with the management of presentation of the event from and against all liability of the loss that the participants, guests, or family members may sustain or incur as a result of claims, demands or judgements arising from the participant's involvement in the Soprano's Car Cruzers Car Show. Soprano's Car Cruzers reserves the right to refuse entry of any vehicle or person, and the right to expel any vehicle or person.
